In a context increasingly dominated by excess stimulation, the project embraces a more timeless approach, grounded in proportion, materiality and the careful crafting of space. The composition unfolds through refined volumes and a restrained architectural language, where every element is designed to reinforce the coherence of the whole.
Architecture
The material palette favours natural surfaces and warm tones that age gracefully and acquire character over time. Rather than relying on abrupt contrasts, the project is shaped through subtle variations of texture, depth and light, bringing richness and complexity to the spatial experience.
The interiors were conceived to promote comfort, serenity and a sensory connection with materiality. Natural light moves through the spaces throughout the day, transforming the perception of materials and revealing different layers of architectural expression.
Rather than responding to a particular trend or stylistic movement, Villa Arenza seeks to create a sense of belonging. A home designed to remain relevant, liveable and desirable long after the moment in which it was conceived.
