Job Description

Upon joining our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of the various projects assigned to you, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the highest level of accuracy and commitment.

  • Ability to understand the conceptual intentions of the project and to develop and produce the necessary documents that support the architectural project throughout its different phases: drawings, 3D models, written and graphic documentation;

 

  • Ability to identify technical and design challenges and develop value-added solutions;
    Ongoing curiosity and willingness to learn about new design and architectural trends, construction techniques and processes, materials, and brands available in the market;

 

  • Ability to develop a complete process for submission to licensing authorities;
    Responsibility for managing and developing work according to established deadlines..
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and formulate new conceptual ideas and share them with the team for discussion;

 

  • Creative, motivated, and responsible;

 

  • Full proficiency in Archicad / BIM methodology;

 

  • Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper is a plus.

  • Analyse the various components of the project, including technical specifications and tender documents;
