Construction has started on Casa Estação, marking a new chapter in the transformation of this former industrial building into a contemporary private residence. The project preserves the character and memory of the existing street façade, while introducing a new architectural volume behind it, shaped by light, patios, terraces and a close relationship with the garden. After a long and detailed design process, the first steps on site are now underway. Over the coming months, the dialogue between old and new that defines Casa Estação will gradually take physical form. A project rooted in its history, now beginning its transformation.
