This multifamily building draws from the maritime identity of its context.
Architecture
Inspired by fishing nets, the façade unfolds as a layered concrete lattice that filters light, frames views, and mediates between the interior and the city. It becomes both structure and skin — a contemporary reinterpretation of local imagery, weaving together place, identity, and living.
