[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Set within a compact 35 m\u00b2 footprint and offering 45 m\u00b2 of living space, this house is designed as the perfect weekend retreat. Maintaining the original layout, the only significant intervention focused on the stairwells: by introducing weathering steel and carefully calibrating their proportions to their visual weight, the design establishes a deliberate hierarchy through the absence of mass.
